New Contract Win: Metropolitan Thames Valley

TECS Group, the specialist provider of critical asset services to the built-environment in the UK is delighted to announce a new term contract with leading Housing Association, Metropolitan Thames Valley.

Metropolitan Thames Valley was formed through the partnership of Thames Valley Housing Association and Metropolitan Housing Trust in October 2018. Metropolitan Thames Valley is a member of the National Housing Federation and the g15, which represents London’s largest housing associations and houses one in 10 Londoners.

The contract will see TECS provide a full range of Water Treatment and Legionella Control services across 228 properties within MTV's Assisted Living portfolio in the Greater London region.
